Easy Florida Rental is not the owner or manager of the properties listed; we act as an intermediary platform and advisory service.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Easy Florida Rental website and related services.
- “Guest” or “User” refers to any person accessing or using our Platform to search, book, or inquire about properties.
- “Property Owner/Manager” refers to the individual or entity listing a property for rent.
- “Agent” refers to a licensed real estate or rental professional associated with Easy Florida Rental.
- “Booking” refers to a reservation request for a property through the Platform.
3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Property Owner/Manager.
- Payment terms, deposit requirements, and due dates will be specified at the time of booking.
- Easy Florida Rental may facilitate payment processing, but final responsibility for rental contracts lies between the Guest and the Property Owner/Manager.
- Guests must provide accurate billing information. Any fraudulent activity will result in cancellation without refund and possible legal action.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are determined by the Property Owner/Manager.
- Guests should carefully review the cancellation policy prior to booking.
- Easy Florida Rental is not responsible for refunds unless explicitly stated in writing by our team.
5. Guest Responsibilities
By booking a property through our Platform, Guests agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information during booking.
- Abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Property Owner/Manager.
- Maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
- Respect neighbors, community guidelines, and applicable laws.
6. Property Use
- Properties listed are intended solely for residential vacation rental use.
- Subleasing, commercial use, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- The maximum occupancy limits set by the Property Owner/Manager must be respected at all times.
7. Liability
- Easy Florida Rental acts as a listing and advisory platform and does not own, manage, or control the rental properties.
- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences that may occur during a Guest’s stay.
- Guests enter into a direct rental agreement with the Property Owner/Manager. Any disputes regarding property condition, refund eligibility, or other contractual matters must be resolved directly between Guest and Property Owner/Manager.
- Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the fees paid directly to Easy Florida Rental for use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, USA.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
